Kristin Fredrickson
Owner and hostess at the New Yorker B&B and Spa. Inspired by the beauty, history and energy of Sharon Springs, and having previously operated a retreat house, she melds the Resort, B&B and Spa experience as one. Kristin is a reflexologist, tai chi and yoga practitioner, and has coordinated and facilitated various teen and adult retreats. She’s been involved in the hospitality business for over 20 years. She enjoys helping, learning and laughing with people. She is also a sign painter, freelance artist and calligrapher. She’s a spirited and friendly “people person”, originally from Long Island and has lived in many resort areas.
